Rare Mid Century 8 Piece "Far Horizon" collection Dark Rattan Sofa, Chair & Table Livingroom set with a designed John Wisner for Ficks reed reminiscent of James Mont that has an Asian-influenced Mid Century design and original cushions. Inspired by the tropical lands of the East, this bamboo sofa features stylish woven panels along the backrest and bamboo-tied joints. Campaign-style brushed aluminum caps punctuate the pagoda-style backrest. The original metal spring supports are all present and as is the original cushions all in excellent condition. The set includes a Sofa, 2 lounge chairs, 2 end tables, a coffee table, a table lamp, and an ottoman. Paul Frankl came from New York just before the Depression after a great run designing his renowned Skyscraper furniture line. He designed and decorated the homes of HollywoodEEEEEEEfs top stars and producers from his Beverly Hills shop. Paul Laszl? was a Hungarian-born architect and interior designer whose work spanned eight decades and many countries.
