This set of Classic, Mid-Century "Lily" candle holders in brass was designed by Ivar Alenius Bjork for Ystad Metal in Sweden. Premiering in 1939 for the Scandinavian Pavilion of the 1939 New York World Fair, designed to fit a taper candlestick, it features a sculptural "Lily" shape made from solid brass. Labeled on the bottom, foundry stamped on bottom with creator name and logo: Ystad-Metall (Maker)
