Black ceramic gazelle TV lamp signed by the Treasure Craft company, circa 1957. This lamp features a large gazelle on top of a Mid-Century scrolling base with green accents. TV lamps were invented and became popular in the 1950s with the Boom of Television in 1950s America, they were an accent lamp designed to help eliminate eye strain associated with watching early low luminosity TVs. These beautifully designed lamps work great as a decorative table lamp.
