This lovely vintage ashtray is made of fine Italian glazed porcelain, with 24 karat gold gilded details. It depicts a turtle on a floating lotus pad. The bottom of the bowl is sufficiently detailed that the piece can be displayed empty, or it could be re-purposed as a candy or potpourri dish. The underneath is unglazed bisque and has "Italy" hand-painted on it.
