This piece is a simple, yet elegant modern "Rhythm" armchair featuring a chromed steel base with a molded "black twilight" plastic seat. The chair was designed by Sava Cvek for the Stylex Furniture Company. The chair features an economical lumbar design and is easily stackable for space-saving. Rare green color Sold as a set of 2 Sava Cvek graduated from The Academy of Applied Arts in Belgrade and went on to earn a Masters in Architecture from Harvard's Graduate School of Design. He is the founder and principal of SCA Development International, creating products that achieve a unique design perspective and highly-engineered ergonomics. SCA products have received more than thirty utility and design patents in the U.S. and internationally and are included in the collections of The Museum of Contemporary Architecture in Chicago and The Museum of Modern Art in New York. Cvek is a visiting faculty member in the Industrial Design Department of the Rhode Island School of Design.
