As you’d expect, concrete also dominates the interiors of Hotel Sou, however Supposed Design has softened the effect with pale wood furniture and rattan screens. The indoor-outdoor boundaries are further blurred with the placement of the Japanese hotel’s showers and baths, which are located close to windows and surrounded by plantlife. Sliding glass doors shut out the sounds of whistling ships from the nearby harbour.
